SHIPPING CONDITIONS

PREMISE 

The term “shipping” involves the preparation of the package and its subsequent delivery to the courier, while “delivery” denotes the transit time of the package once handed over to the courier.

SHIPPING TIMES 

All orders will be dispatched within 3 business days of order placement. Example 1: An order made on Monday, May 5th, can be assigned to the courier by Thursday evening, May 8th. The 30-day transit time count initiates from May 8th. Example 2: An order placed on Friday, May 9th, can be assigned to the courier by Wednesday, May 14th. The 30-day transit time count begins from May 14th.

Costs, specified at checkout, vary based on the amount spent. Indicative delivery times, both below and on the checkout page, commence from the moment of shipment. They are non-binding indications for Dàme and are accepted explicitly by the customer upon order confirmation. In the case of transport issues, the customer can verify problems through complete shipment tracking. No compensation or refunds can be requested before 30 days from the purchase, considered the deadline for Dàme’s sale execution.

DELIVERY METHODS 

The BRT courier, appointed by Dàme, will make the initial delivery attempt, which is valid as the delivery day even if not successful for any reason. The courier will request the signature and name of the recipient, and this proof of delivery serves as confirmation. If the courier fails to deliver, subsequent attempts will be made within 48 hours. If unsuccessful, the package remains in storage at the nearest courier branch, and it’s the customer’s responsibility to collect it. Up to the second collection, the service is included; thereafter, additional storage costs will be charged.

The InPost locker stores packages for up to a week.

Art. 1 – General provisions

By accessing Dàmemagazine via www.dàmemagazine.com, the user accepts the Conditions and Data Protection Policies. These General Conditions of Sale apply to product purchases on the site.

The user must read these General Conditions of Sale before accessing the products, as they are deemed accepted at the time of purchase.

The user is advised to download and print a copy of the purchase form and these General Conditions, as Dàme reserves the right to modify them without notice.

The site and product purchases can be conducted in English.

Art. 2 – Object

These General Conditions of Sale regulate the offer, forwarding, and acceptance of purchase orders for Dàme products.

Before ordering from different parties, check their conditions of sale.

Art. 3 – Conclusion of the contract

To conclude the purchase contract, the user must complete the electronic form following the provided instructions.

The contract is concluded upon the seller’s receipt of the completed form after verifying the data’s correctness.

The buyer must pay upon completing the online order procedure.

Art. 4 – Registered users and data allocation per order

The user, when buying, must provide accurate and truthful personal data.

Dàme is exempt from responsibility for user-provided data and can suspend services until any shortcomings are rectified.

The user must maintain the confidentiality of access data.

Dàme may suspend or deny user access at any time.

Art. 5 – Availability of products

Product availability is indicative due to simultaneous user presence; orders may be corrected if products are sold to others before confirmation.

The buyer will be informed of any unavailability via email.

Art. 6 – Products offered

Dàme markets magazine issues and brand merchandise.

Art. 7 – Payment methods and prices

Product prices are as indicated on the site.

In case of an error, Dàme will notify the buyer to confirm the order at the correct amount or cancel it.

Prices include VAT, excluding shipping costs. Changes do not affect confirmed orders.

Payment methods: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards.

Art. 8 – Delivery

Dàme ships throughout Italy and worldwide at specified costs.

Deliveries are made to the user’s home address or designated collection points.

Delivery is typically within 7 days in Italy or within 30 days from confirmation if not specified.

If delivery fails, the order goes to the courier’s warehouse; the buyer must collect it.

Shipping costs are explicitly highlighted during order placement.

Art. 9 – Passing of risk

Risks pass to the buyer upon delivery confirmation. Product ownership is considered acquired upon full payment or delivery.

Art. 10 – Guarantee and commercial compliance 

The seller is responsible for product defects or non-compliance with the order, in line with Italian legislation.

In case of non-conformity, the buyer has the right to restore conformity at no charge or receive a price reduction or contract termination with a refund. Please note that this does not apply if the courier damages the product.

Art. 11 – Refund 

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges.

Art. 12 – Cancellation of the order

Dàme reserves the right to cancel orders due to force majeure or justified reasons, providing an immediate refund.

Art. 13 – Data processing

By using the site, the user authorizes the processing of personal data.
